Training for National Labor Force Survey Officers (Sakernas) February 2024 BPS Sibolga City

On January 22-24 2024, Sibolga City BPS carried out the February 2024 Sakernas Officer Training. The training was carried out in a hybrid manner or a combination of online and face-to-face/offline training. Monday to Tuesday (22-23 January 2024) online and Wednesday (24 January 2024) offline. Offline training was carried out at the BPS Sibolga City Office, Jalan Tuanku Push No. 2, Sibolga.

The training participants consisted of 6 field officers, including 2 field supervisors (PML) and 4 field officers (PCL) and assisted by 1 committee member. There is one Supervisor who also doubles as the Regional Instructor (Inda). The training was carried out by 2 (two) Regional Instructors (Inda), namely Evalinda Margaretha and Naomi Sinaga.

The opening of the February 2024 Sakernas training was carried out together with the March 2024 Susenas training on Monday, at 08.00 WIT and was opened by the Head of BPS Sibolga City, Sabar Alberto Harianja. In his speech, the Head of BPS Sibolga City conveyed the importance of the results of the February 2024 Sakernas, because they will be used in calculating the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in North Sumatra Province in 2024. Training of February 2024 Sakernas officers is very important, because apart from providing basic employment data, also train officers to understand the concept of definition before going into the field.
