BPS Sibolga Cares for the Environment "Clean Beach Friday"

On Friday (05/07/2024), BPS Sibolga City held a clean Friday activity located at Pelabuhan Lama Beach (Anggar). This activity was carried out as a form of implementation of ASN's core value Proud to Serve the Nation. Before leaving, all BPS Sibolga City employees took part in a clean Friday activity briefing at the BPS Sibolga City office. The activity also began with an ice breaking exercise on the nasal breathing system guided by Mrs. Amalia Harinda, and closed with morning prayer together.

All employees departed on foot from the Sibolga City BPS Office to Old Harbor Beach. For this activity, employees are divided into three teams which will be equipped with each piece of plastic waste which will later be weighed. The plastic waste collected by the 3 teams reached 25 kg. The collected waste is delivered to the Parombunan final disposal site (TPA) and handed over to the scavengers there. This event closed with breakfast with Sibolga City BPS employees.
