Monday (19/10/2023), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Sibolga City held an Evaluation and Monitoring Meeting for the 2023 Development of Love Statistics (Cantik) Village for Pancuran Kerambil Village which took place in the Sibolga Sambas District Hall. This activity is a follow-up to the 2023 Sibolga City Beautiful Village Development which was previously carried out on Tuesday (10/10/2023).
Patience Alberto Harianja, S.Si, MM as Head of Sibolga City BPS gave a welcoming speech at the beginning of the event as the opening of the activity. In his speech, Sabar said that statistical data is very useful for the development of a village/kelurahan. With statistical data, villages/districts are expected to be able to submit development programs to Ministries/Institutions that relate to issues from the data they have.
Present as a speaker, Evalinda Margaretha, SST, M.S.E explained the statistical evaluation and monitoring mechanism for the Cinta sub-district which will be carried out by the Regency/City BPS, Provincial BPS, and BPS of the Republic of Indonesia. In this mechanism, it is explained that villages/sub-districts participating in the Beautiful Village Program will be assessed through 4 aspects, namely Governance Aspects, Capacity Aspects, Data Management Aspects, and Social Aspects and Utilization of Regsosek Data. Apart from providing material, there was also a discussion and question and answer session led by Walter Situmeang, S.Sos. This evaluation and monitoring activity was attended by 15 participants, namely the Secretary of Sibolga Sambas District, the Head of Pancuran Kerambil Village, 3 sub-district officials, 4 neighborhood heads, 1 statistical agent, and 5 participants from BPS Sibolga City
The hope is that through this activity, villages/sub-districts will be able to identify the use of Regsosek Data for village/sub-district needs in the context of efforts to alleviate poverty.
